Many projects are formally launched before there is a clear understanding of what is actually being built.
Many companies grow before their real structural architecture has ever been defined.
When that happens, every important decision is made on a foundation that has not been properly constructed.
The Four Mechanisms
MAE operates through four interconnected mechanisms that follow a logical sequence. The Strategic Diagnostic is always the entry point to the system, as it determines which process is appropriate for your specific case.
  • Strategic Diagnostic
The Entry Point to the System
A single session that determines, using structural criteria, whether your project or company is suitable for MAE and which process should be activated.
  • Origin
    Conceptual Architecture
Designed for projects that have not yet been formally established.
Five sessions that build the architecture of your project before you formally launch it or invest in something that has not yet been properly defined.
  • Core
    Structural Architecture
Designed for companies with active operations.
A structured process that clarifies the true architecture of your business, allowing you to scale it, present it, and make development decisions based on clear structural foundations.
  • Structural Monitoring
    Ongoing Structural Verification
Exclusively for companies that have completed core within MAE.
Two annual sessions that verify whether the architecture previously defined remains aligned with the reality of your business as it continues to evolve.
