Its purpose is to determine whether your proposal can be admitted to the Strategic Diagnostic Session — the entry point into the system.
Not every case will be accepted. Admission depends on your proposal's technical alignment with the Model's criteria.
This is not the appropriate channel if you need someone to draft contracts, handle legal procedures, or advise you on taxes or specific investments — for those matters, you should consult a regulated professional.
